Shadowy post

Here is a version of the Shadow I drew up in the late 80's. You can see I was channeling Gahan Wilson in the faces.

...and here it is with some color thrown in.

The Shadow is copyrighted. I don't know who, exactly, but rest assured...he is...The Shadow knows.

Kull

Here is the penciled splash from a 70's Kull issue by Marie Severin [#2, I think]. I found this years ago in a fanzine and couldn't resist taking a shot at inking it. Early 2000's.....

The pencils...

The inks...I skipped that pesky scene at top and went right to the action. :)

Kull is, I would imagine, still copyrighted to the Robert E. Howard estate. Let's assume all rights are still reserved and no funny business, eh?

Space girl blues

    A piece from the 90's..the original art is long gone. This is scanned from the printed version. At the time, I was making copies at a place that had a souped up copier. It could scan and apply screens to tones. It looks primitive now, but at the time it seemed interesting.
